We all need to lose tummy fat and exercise is a great way to do it.
But don’t get too excited just yet.
You have tummy fat because of the food you eat. Not because of your lack of exercise.
You see our food system is completely messed up so it’s not really your fault. No store wants to carry food that goes bad in 3 or 4 days so they change it.
The minute they change the food it is no good. You and I eat it and wonder why we have fat tummys. This is why and the problem is much bigger than you and I could every think.
Don’t look to the government to do anything about it. In fact it’s their laws that are a big part of the problem. A company can say their “orange juice” is 100% natural and is legally doing everything right to sat that.
But the sad truth is that any orange juice you buy in the supermarket has every last bit of nutrition cooked right out of it. Plus they add a bunch of extra junk to make it even worse. Might as well get a soda because they’re both just about as bad for you.
So you really have to eat tons (and I mean tons) of fruits and veggies. You can learn more about juicing these because you have to eat a lot of them. they should be almost all of your diet.
Do that and you tummy fat will no longer be a problem.
